Return your Payment Terminal
You can easily return your payment terminal to Pay. in just a few steps. Read below to find out how.

 

1. Are there any costst associated with returning the payment terminal?

Returning is free. Please note that you need to use the reply-pad number for Pay. 

 

2. Step-by-step guide

Packaging

Place your payment terminal along with the cables and plugs in a box. Make sure everything is well packed.

 

Shipping

There are two easy ways to send your package:

1. Create a shipping label via:  Pakket terugsturen | PostNL

Use the following details:

• Organization Name: Pay.
• Reply-paid numbe (Antwoordnummer): 1299
• Postal Code: 7500VB

 

• Have the return code scanned on your phone at a PostNL location. The shipping label will be printed for free.
• Printing the label yourself? Make sure the old labels are no longer visible.

 

2. Manually write the return address on the box. Ensure old address details are no longer visible.

• Use the following address for your return from the Netherlands:
  Pay.
  Pin Department
  Antwoordnummer 1299
  7500 VB ENSCHEDE
