      When will my order be shipped?

      Business days: Ordered before 3:00 PM, shipped the same day*
      Weekend: Shipped next business day*

      * Please note: Large orders require at least 1 additional business day for processing. 

      How do I find my Merchant number: M-code??  

      You can find the Merchant code by logging in to the Pay environment and navigating to "Merchant" -> "Company infomation". The M-code associated with your account is listed in the top right corner.

      How do I find my Sales location: SL code?? 

      You can find the Merchant code by logging in to the Pay environment and navigating to "Settings" -> "Sales locations". Here you can find the SL code for each sales location.

      How do I find my TH code?

      You can find the TH code for your terminal by logging in to the Pay environment and navigating to "Settings" -> "Terminals". Here you can find the TH code for each terminal.
